Breakfast for Skinny People

Every now and then I joke that I am going to watch skinny people and just eat what they eat. Clearly it isn’t that easy, but in good humor, I’d like to thank Padma Lakshmi. In today’s AMNewYork she described her typical breakfast.

– A grapefruit

– A boiled egg

– A multigrain english mufin with Olive Oil Spread and chili jam

This actually sounds good and filling. it also doesn’t really require cooking, which is always a win at 6am.

Her breakfast is followed by tea or coffee and then a perfumed bath. I can’t say that’s a daily option for me, so I’m really hoping the “skinny juice” comes from her healthy start breakfast and not the homemade bath oils.
