Dinner for lazy people

Last night I did not want to cook. This is probably not a shocker for anyone who knows me. Luckily Trader Joe’s came to the rescue and I ended up with a healthy meal. I used only a few simple ingredients. – extra virgin olive oil – plum tomatoes – garlic – uncured turkey bacon – raw spinach – trader Joe’s multigrain blend with vegetables – salt, pepper,and or your favorite seasoning blend. I like 21 seasoning salute
