Crepes 3 ways

We had limited ingredients and were inspired to make crepes 3 ways.

1. Scrambled eggs with spinach and black beans wrapped in a crepe with optional AL avocado with yuzu pepper or sardines marinated in olive oil.

On the sweet side we played with infused honey.

2. Banana filled with chili honey
3. Banana filled with yuzu honey (fan favorite!) We’re convinced that yuzu honey is delicious with everything. Try it asap.

We got ours while on a trip to Japan. Yuzu is a Japanese Lemon. You may be able to get a somewhat similar flavor with Meyer Lemon and honey.
