- Cooked rice
- Cooked lentils
- Soy sauce or coconut aminos
- Crushed peanuts
1. Add the lentils and tomatoes to a warm pan on medium with a bit of water to avoid sticking. Heat for a few minutes just to warm through.
2. Add coconut aminos or soy sauce to the pan to taste. Then add salt and pepper to taste.
3. Reheat cooked rice
4. In a bowl add rice and lentil mixture. Top with raw cabbage and crushed peanuts.
